Bynder is looking for a driven and curious Senior FP&A Analyst to join our established Finance team.
As our Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be the engine room of our financial planning. Reporting directly to the FP&A Director, you will play a critical role in professionalizing our financial reporting and analysis. This is a "builder" role: we are looking for a technical powerhouse who loves the "hand‑to‑hand combat" of complex data sets today, but possesses the ambition and curiosity to evolve into a strategic partner who influences business direction as they grow within the organization.
What You Will Be Doing
- Serving as the dedicated financial business partner to key departments (e.g. G&A, R&D, Sales, Marketing), providing monthly variance analysis and headcount reconciliation, translating complex data into clear, actionable reports
- Streamlining the support provided to Accounting, focusing on complex accruals and ensuring financial data integrity is maintained for accurate variance analysis
- Maintaining dashboards, trackers, and spreadsheet models currently in use by both finance and cross‑functional teams, leveraging your technical skills (Excel, SQL, or Python) to automate these workflows
- Supporting the bi‑annual budget process, ensuring all inputs are validated and assumptions are backed by data‑driven rigor
- Owning the calculation and visualization of core SaaS metrics (Rule of 40, Magic Number, CAC payback period, and LTV:CAC). You will ensure these metrics are accurate and provide the "source of truth" for the business.
What You Bring
- Relevant university degree in finance‑related or business‑related major
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or a highly analytical role within a fast‑paced environment (SaaS experience is a major plus)
- Expert‑level proficiency in Excel and complex financial modeling, including scenario analysis
- Fluency in English, both verbally and written
- Ability to take ownership and complete tasks both independently and in a team
- Concise communication – ability to provide the "bottom line" first and then support it with the necessary context.
Some Nice‑to‑haves
- Previous experience in a commercial analysis role
- Working knowledge of a modern ERP system (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and CRM data structures (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience with cloud cost management (FinOps), particularly analyzing AWS billing data or utilizing tools like Cost Explorer and Cudos tables
