Join our diverse and dynamic Adults’ Health and Care Brokerage Team as a Brokerage Officer and support our fast-paced and continuously evolving service. Our service is responsible for sourcing and securing Residential & Nursing Care Placements, Domiciliary & Live-in Care Packages, on behalf of our Community & Hospital teams for Older Persons and Physical Disability service users with eligible social care needs.
