Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily lab operations and workflow across departments
- Oversee and mentor technicians to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and efficiency
- Support digital workflows including CAD/CAM and implant design
- Collaborate with dentists and clinical teams to ensure precise, high-quality resultsMaintain quality control
- Implement process improvements and contribute to the lab’s continued growth
About You
- GDC-registered Dental Technician with strong experience in implants and digital workflows
- Proven experience in a leadership or senior technician role
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a passion for high-quality work
- Confident working with clinicians and managing a small to medium team
