Essential Experience

• Must be familiar able to handle their own residential conveyancing caseload, including:
  • Sales and Purchases
  • Leasehold & Freehold
  • Right to Buy
  • Shared ownership
  • Remortgages
  • Transfer of equity
  • Help to buy

The successful candidate must be able to work on a full‑time basis entirely in the office.
