Established in 2018, we provide a 'one stop shop' for all commercial and residential property development and reactive maintenance. FMServ offers a nationwide commercial property maintenance service, including 24-hour emergency call-outs and other small works. Due to continual year on year growth, as of 2025 we employ over 75 employees across the UK and are expanding.

Job Description

As a Commercial Electrical Engineer you will have overall responsibility for the works you carry out on site. The primary role of this position is to carry out the required works to ensure that the correct and compliant working order of electrical systems. You will be expected to have good customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers as and when required.

Responsibilities

• Small project work
• PPM (planned preventative maintenance) work
• Reactive and emergency jobs
• Electrical fault finding

Qualifications / Experience

• 18th edition electrical qualification
• Experience in the commercial sector
• At least 3 years of experience working in an FM company
• Full UK driving licence
• Ideally 2391
