Junior Field Service Technician (Full Training)

26,000 – 28,000 Starting Salary. Receive salary reviews, company van, life and medical cash‑back, 28–40 days holiday (with service days), and profit‑based bonus (9% of payroll in 2025).

Position based in the South of the UK – workshop and home‑based, covering Gloucester, Bristol, Filton, Chepstow, Swindon, Cirencester and surrounding areas. Commuting required within this region.

Seeking a motivated engineer who wants to be heavily invested in, shadow experienced engineers and work towards becoming a senior engineer. Full training and product knowledge will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and repair of commercial plant rooms and swimming pool systems.
• Cover a local area with no stays away.
• Call‑out: one in five on‑call rota, paid £100 per day and £150 per callout, with overtime.

Qualifications

• UK driver’s licence.
