The Senior Data & Analytics Engineer role is a unique opportunity to be integral part of the team, providing strategic direction for data-centric systems, aligning with TWDC broader strategy and market needs across Domestic, EMEA, APAC and LATAM.
This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

Manage the entire lifecycle of data systems, from ideation and planning to development, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
Promote data literacy and accessibility across the organization, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Ensure data quality, reliability, and compliance, working with data engineers and stakeholders to establish and maintain robust data processes.
Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify data needs, prioritize projects, and optimize data usage.
Use data to inform media applications decisions, identify opportunities for new application and features, and develop data-driven application systems that meet user needs.
Develop and maintain a roadmap for data-driven systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
Define and track key metrics and KPIs to measure the success of data systems and inform future development efforts.
Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to inform media application decisions and improve user experience.
Collaborate with DBA’s and systems infrastructure teams to build and maintain the data infrastructure for optimal performance and resilience.
