Engineering Graduate
Full-time role, 37.5 hours a week on a term time only basis
HMS Sultan, Portsmouth
Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

What you’ll be doing
- Delivering classroom instruction to groups of up to 24 trainees in Electronic engineering and electrical machine principles (NVQ Level 4/5) and Basic electronics and mathematics (Level 2/3)
- Conducting practical lab sessions, demonstrating key principles and supervising trainee experiments
- Administering and invigilating both paper-based and online examinations
- Marking and check-marking assessments to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Maintaining and updating training materials
- Collaborating with Training Design staff to align content with DSAT standards and submit updates for approval

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
- Foundation Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering (or a related engineering discipline)
Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications
- Previous experience working as an Engineer

This role is offered on a term time basis working 45 weeks per year, with non-working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 3 weeks in August. The salary will therefore be pro rata’d and calculated to include contractual annual leave entitlement and bank holidays.
