Senior RF Engineer – RF, Microwave & mmWave

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design, simulation and development of RF & mmWave circuits and subsystems
- Perform RF system analysis, optimisation and complex troubleshooting
- Carry out RF measurements, characterisation and validation of hardware
- Produce design documentation, test plans, reports and technical data
- Ensure designs meet performance, quality and customer requirements
- Support transition from concept through prototyping into volume manufacture
- Provide technical input to RFQs, proposals and customer engagements
- Collaborate with electronics, mechanical, software and systems engineers
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in RF, microwave or mmWave engineering
- Proven ability delivering complex RF designs in a product environment
- Hands‑on RF test, measurement and validation experience
- Confident working across multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Experience supporting products into manufacture
- Eligible for UK Security Clearance
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience
