Description
- Install, commission, set up and test water filtration and wastewater treatment systems.
- Carry out site inspections, fault‑finding and condition surveys, producing reports to support quotations and project delivery.
- Interpret technical instructions and documentation using mobile electronic devices.
- Work safely in challenging environments, including confined spaces, at height and outdoors on wastewater sites.
- Travel regularly with overnight stays and undertake occasional workshop‑based work.
- Work collaboratively with engineers, technicians and other trades.
- Completed a recognised mechanical apprenticeship with City & Guilds or equivalent qualification.
Profile
A successful Mechanical Engineer should have:
- Hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
- Level 3 City & Guilds Qualified.
- Served a recognised mechanical apprenticeship.
- Travel regularly between sites, often requiring overnight stays.
Job Offer
- Salary Circa £30,000 to £50,000 OTE DOE.
