Hexagon Recruitment are looking for an Electrical and Mechanical Engineer for our client who is an established manufacturer based in Runcorn.
Role
Electrical and Mechanical Engineer – Runcorn
Responsibilities
- The role is Electrical 75% / Mechanical 25%
- Oversee installation and maintenance of equipment
- Perform electrical and mechanical calculations and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members
- Deal with breakdowns; overtime paid
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Knowledge of electrical codes and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday - 8 hours per day
- Must be available for overtime and emergency call-outs
- Any hours worked above contracted 40 hours per week paid at time and a half
- Call outs on Sunday (day or night) paid at double time
- Minimum call out pay of 4 hours
