IT Services Engineer

The College requires an IT Services Engineer to join its IT Team.

Job Overview

Support the College IT systems to enable the College to offer IT facilities to learners and staff on our various sites. Work may require evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support desktop PCs and peripherals.
• Provide support for Windows 11 and Microsoft applications.
• Perform maintenance on Windows Server 2012/2016, MS Exchange, Office 365 and Cisco network hardware.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in maintenance and support of desktop PCs and peripherals.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft applications.
• Experience with Windows Server 2012/2016, MS Exchange, Office 365 or Cisco network hardware is an advantage.
