Overview
Our Fire Risk Management team is growing, and this senior client‑facing role offers real influence. As an Associate Fire Risk Consultant you will shape our growth, working with clients on complex fire safety challenges across varied building types and sectors. You will deliver practical advice, build trusted relationships and help develop a high‑performing team.
About The Role
You’ll lead the delivery of fire risk consultancy services across a broad client base, owning technical quality, programmes and client outcomes. Responsibilities include carrying out and reviewing fire risk assessments, supporting clients as the regulatory landscape evolves, overseeing complex instructions, providing technical review of reports, mentoring consultants, and converting opportunities into long‑term client relationships. You will collaborate across Stantec to support multidisciplinary bids, contribute to team planning and strengthen fire risk services across the region.
Your Impact
You’ll help clients understand their duties, prioritise action and make better decisions about risk in occupied buildings and operational environments.
