Registered Home Manager - Children's Residential Care (CIW Registered)

Location: Cardiff

Salary: £50,000 - £54,000 + bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday | 8‑hour shifts | Overtime available

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a children's residential care home in line with CIW regulations
• Oversee care planning, assessments, and safeguarding procedures
• Deliver trauma‑informed, person‑centred care
• Mentor and develop your team, ensuring compliance and best practice
• Collaborate with our in‑house therapeutic team and external professionals

Essential Requirements

• QCF Level 4/5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)
• 2+ years’ experience managing a children’s residential care home
• Knowledge of Welsh regulatory frameworks
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
