We’re looking for ambitious, forward‑thinking graduates to join our Mortgage Services Graduate Programme, based in our brand‑new Milton Keynes offices in Witan Gate . This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career within the UK’s largest and most successful property services business, in a culture that values drive, collaboration and doing the right thing for our customers .

The Programme

This 12‑month rotational programme offers real exposure, responsibility and development. You’ll rotate across key areas of our Mortgage and Insurance business, including:

• Mortgage Operations
• Insurance Operations
• Quality & Assurance
• Business Development
• Marketing
• Projects & Analytics

Working closely with experienced leaders, you’ll build a broad commercial understanding, develop confidence and capability, and be supported to grow into a future leadership role within Connells Group.
