Car Sales Executive

22.5k basic (although min wage will be guaranteed) – 60k OTE (uncapped) + car + benefits
Monday to Friday 8.30 – 6.00 – Saturday 9.00 – 5.00, every other Sunday 10.00 – 4.00
Duties
- Greet customers and guide them through the car buying process.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
- Provide detailed information about features, specifications, pricing, and financing options.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new and used vehicles.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through proactive follow-ups and networking.
- Stay updated on the latest car models, features, and industry trends.
- Demonstrate vehicles during test drives and provide comprehensive product demonstrations.
- Follow up with customers post‑sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
- Work closely with colleagues in the dealership, including finance, service, and management teams, to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with paperwork, including sales agreements, financing applications, and registration.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
About You
- You must have excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Have 3 years experience in retail sales.
- Proven high customer service levels with a charismatic persona and good emotional intelligence.
- Demonstrate active listening skills being able to understand customers wants, needs and requirements.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
