As a Bar Shift Leader, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless guest experience, supporting the management team, and leading shifts with energy and professionalism. You’ll be hands‑on, ensuring every guest receives attentive, personalised service that reflects the luxury setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the bar team during shifts to maintain exceptional service standards
- Deliver a high-quality beverage experience, from specialty coffees to signature cocktails
- Ensure consistency, presentation, and attention to detail in every order
- Support training and development of team members
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with health & safety standards
- Handle guest queries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care
- Assist with daily bar operations
About You
- You have previous experience in a bar or hospitality leadership role
- You take pride in delivering outstanding customer service and thrive in a luxury environment
- You have good knowledge of beverages and cocktail preparation (or a willingness to learn to a high standard)
- You are a natural team player who enjoys working in a supportive, collaborative environment
- You lead by example, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- You remain calm under pressure and can manage a busy, fast‑paced service
- You have excellent communication and organisational skills
- You are passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Enjoy a full time permanent role of 40 hours per week; working days, evenings and late nights and weekends
£13 per hour plus service charge and extensive benefits.
Due to the rural location of Carden Park, applicants should have access to a vehicle or reliable transport methods. We do have return transport from Wrexham Town Centre.
