Strategic Project Manager

What you’ll be doing:

We’re looking for a Strategic Project Manager to join us on a 6‑month FTC maternity cover, driving key transformation and operational initiatives – with the possibility of the role becoming permanent. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly build relationships, hit the ground running, and bring strong project delivery discipline to a fast‑moving environment.

Your impact:

• Lead our internal improvement portfolio – driving progress, ensuring accountability, and keeping delivery on track.
• Boost operational efficiency by rolling out initiatives aligned to Atech’s long‑term strategy and industry best practice.
• Accelerate organisational transformation, working across teams to simplify processes, unblock decisions, and speed up execution.
• Share your progress publicly, delivering clear updates and visuals at company all‑hands every 6 weeks.
• Shape how we report by maintaining monthly ExCo updates and embedding consistent, best‑practice reporting across the business.
• Own and maintain key operational tooling – dashboards, scorecards, roadmaps, and documentation.
• Stay ahead of risk, identifying issues early, coordinating solutions, and escalating when needed.
• Keep delivery flowing, tracking cross‑functional dependencies and removing blockers.
• Collaborate across Atech and group functions, ensuring alignment and a joined‑up approach to transformation.
