Line Leader

Are you punctual, hardworking and looking for full‑time work in a fast‑paced environment? We’re hiring Line Leaders to join a busy team in Avonmouth.

Compensation

The rate of pay is £15.18 per hour, increasing after 3 months to £16.18 per hour. Overtime is available and is paid at time and a half.

Working Hours

This is a full‑time role working fixed shifts, 5 days out of 7. Hours of work: 6am to 2pm.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production team
• Assort goods on a production line
• Erect cardboard cartons and attach labels
• Conduct quality inspections of products

Qualifications

Our perfect worker will be punctual, have good attention to detail, and be comfortable with manual handling and working on their feet in a fast‑paced environment. A good level of English is required. Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
