Role: Business Development Director / Manager (New Business)

The Opportunity
We are partnering with a high growth, privately-owned technology services business specialising in hybrid cloud, managed services, and Microsoft led solutions.
This is a pure new business role, ideal for a proven hunter who thrives on opening doors, building pipeline, and winning net new logos.
You’ll be joining a business that helps organisations modernise their IT environments across cloud (Azure / M365), infrastructure, security, and managed services, enabling them to operate effectively in a hybrid IT world.
The Role
- Own and drive net-new business acquisition
- Target mid-market and enterprise organisations undergoing cloud transformation / IT modernisation
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to win new logos
- Engage at C-level (CIO, CTO, IT Director) level
Work closely with technical teams to shape solutions across:
- Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace
- Managed services & support
- Cybersecurity & infrastructure solutions
- Build a consistent pipeline and deliver against revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in new business sales (IT services / MSP / cloud / infrastructure)
- Strong hunter mentality, comfortable with cold outreach and long sales cycles
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Commercially driven with a history of exceeding targets
- Ideally experience selling managed services, cloud migration, or hybrid IT solutions
