Business Development Administrator (on-site) - Fixed‑Term Maternity Cover
Role: Fixed‑term maternity cover at Suffolk New College, Suffolk Rural Campus, Otley. Starting salary £24,810 per annum, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, full‑time.
Responsibilities
- Support the business training and leisure learning programmes by performing a full range of administrative duties to ensure successful course delivery.
- Assist the Business Development Co‑ordinator in daily office operations and maintenance of course records.
- Collaborate with staff across sites, including occasional work at other locations.
- Prepare and manage documents, timetables and communications related to courses.
- Provide general office support to students, staff and visitors.
Qualifications
- Strong skills and experience in administration.
- Pro‑active, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in a similar educational or training environment is preferred.
Salary and Hours
- Starting salary £24,810 per annum.
- 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
- Full‑time employment at the Suffolk Rural Campus, Otley, with occasional travel to other sites.
