Digital Product Lead

Fixed Term Contract (12 months) / Central London EC2M

This position can be remote up to 60% of the weekly working time.

We are seeking a Digital Product Lead to join our friendly and dynamic Digital Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an international education group and play a key role in shaping and delivering our global website ecosystem.

In this role, you will own the delivery and optimisation of digital activity across three brand websites, ensuring alignment with business priorities, user needs, and performance goals. You will lead the coordination of web projects, UX improvements, SEO/CRO initiatives, and content updates, working closely with internal teams and external agencies. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a complex multi‑site digital ecosystem within a fast‑paced international environment.

About You

You bring experience in digital product, website, or web project delivery within a marketing or agency environment. You are confident managing multiple priorities and enjoy taking ownership of delivery across complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.

You have a strong understanding of website CMS platforms, UX principles, SEO, and digital optimisation techniques. You are comfortable working with data and insights to drive improvements and are confident collaborating with technical teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, along with a proactive and solutions‑focused mindset. A degree or equivalent experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related field is desirable.

Your Role

  • Own and deliver the digital product roadmap across three brand websites
  • Lead the delivery of website projects, including new features, programme launches, and digital enhancements
  • Act as the key point of contact for external development agencies
  • Lead UX and research activity, translating insights into actionable improvements
  • Drive SEO, AI, and CRO optimisation initiatives in collaboration with specialist teams
  • Ensure website content accuracy, consistency, and quality across all platforms
  • Oversee e‑commerce website coordination and optimisation
  • Lead stakeholder coordination across internal teams and external partners
  • Deliver web updates and ensure adherence to brand and governance standards
