P4 Recruitment is proud to be recruiting a Service Manager supporting adults with complex needs including mental health challenges, homelessness, and drug and alcohol misuse histories.
This is a highly rewarding leadership opportunity to oversee a service that changes lives, promotes recovery, and supports individuals to regain independence and stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of the residential service
- Ensure safe, compliant, person-centred support delivery
- Supervise, support, and develop staff teams
- Oversee care planning and risk management processes
- Work in partnership with external agencies (housing, MH teams, substance misuse services)
- Manage safeguarding concerns effectively and appropriately
- Lead rota management and on-call responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes
About You
- Experience in supported living or residential leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of mental health, homelessness, and substance misuse
- Confident leadership and team development skills
- Understanding of safeguarding and compliance requirements
- Ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations
- A passion for supporting vulnerable adults to rebuild their lives
