WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN THIS ROLE:
Relationship development – the key to this role is the experts and leaders that you’ll secure for our programmes and events. By nurturing our existing connections and developing your own new relationships, you’ll make sure that all learning is infused with industry expertise and our programmes are industry relevant and exciting from start to finish.
Programme design and delivery – you’ll be responsible for delivering industry relevant programmes, with purpose that engage participants and support their skills development and future career progression. This includes innovating and bringing new skills content to the table as well as utilising networks and industry insight to strategically align our course content with what industry needs now and in the future.
External representation – you’ll have ambitions to represent Agent Academy at external conferences and events, a confident presenter and articulate speaker, you’ll enjoy sharing your expertise and knowledge to ignite opportunities for Agent Academy. You’ll be proactive on social media about your role and our work.
Client project delivery – you’ll work with learners and support the delivery of their strategic client brief. This will include delivering key project milestones, which could be end of programme presentations, insight reports, client events or anything else that’s been defined in the brief.
Programme success – at the heart of your work will be the impact we create for programme participants and the progression they make in relation to professional and personal development. You’ll work with our Head of Programmes to ensure the highest level of pastoral support and processes are delivered to ensure learners are happy and have the most positive experience before, during and after their time with us.
Event management – you’ll work with the team to deliver outstanding event experiences that make a lasting impact on audiences. You’ll be responsible for identifying great speakers and coaching learners to be confident hosts, supporting the smooth running of all activities to ensure the success of each event.
Evaluation and review – you’ll be committed to effective measurement and evaluation, exploring new and innovative ways for us to effectively collect feedback, evidence outcomes and improve our work.
YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:
- 5-year’s relevant experience, either in digital and creative industries or education and training sector.
- The experience of being an effective facilitator in a learning environment.
- A demonstrable commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion, with an unrivalled passion for enabling others to reach their potential.
- An established understanding of the ever-changing career opportunities and skills needs of the creative, digital, and tech industries.
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills – you’ll be expected to communicate in an articulate, accurate, and succinct manner to get your point across.
- A pragmatic yet creative approach to your work.
- A proactive, strategic mindset and a strong ability to use your initiative to make things happen.
The salary for this role is £30,000 – £32,000 p.a. dependent on experience and ability.
