Business Development ManagerLocation: Midlands (Hybrid)Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 + OTE £80,000 – £90,000

An established and highly reputable fire & security provider with decades of industry experience is looking to appoint a Business Development Manager focused on winning and delivering installation and project-based work across multiple sectors.

The Role

This is a field-based position focused on driving sustainable growth through new business development and account expansion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline across multiple sectors
  • Identifying, profiling, and developing new client relationships
  • Understanding client requirements and delivering tailored fire & security solutions
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Working closely with project delivery teams to ensure smooth service execution
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintaining accurate reporting and activity tracking

About You

  • Minimum 5 years’ field sales experience within fire & security
  • Strong understanding of technical solutions and ability to present value to clients
  • Proven track record in new business development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Proactive, target-driven, and commercially focused
