A boutique executive search firm are looking for a capable and personable Office Manager to become the heart of their small, well-established central London team.
This is a part-time role, working around 18 hours a week spread across 3–4 days with at least 2 in the office, this role offers genuine flexibility.
You’ll be the sole support for a close-knit team of 10, taking ownership of the day-to-day office operations — from diary management and document support through to bookkeeping duties including invoicing, expenses and payroll support via Xero. No two days will be the same!
You’ll be someone who’s highly organised, detail-oriented, confident liaising with external stakeholders and enjoys working autonomously for a small but high performing team.
At least 5 years of office management experience is essential.
