Job Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Service Supervisor to ensure customers’ needs are exceeded at all times.
- Deal with customers on reception, settle invoices at pay points, provide fast efficient service at checkouts and collaborate with other store team members across departments.
- Ensure that all due diligence relating to customer accounts is accurate, up to date and well maintained.
- Create an environment that delivers fast and efficient service, showing passion for customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of the customer service operation in the absence of the Customer Service Supervisor.
- Lead from the front, prioritising workload and demonstrating strong organisational skills.
- Communicate effectively with valued customers and other areas of the store operation.
- Show energy and drive to deliver fast and efficient service.
- Apply a keen eye for detail in various administrative duties.
