Residential Property Solicitor – Glasgow City Centre

We are currently working in partnership with a well established and highly respected law firm based in Glasgow City Centre, who are looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor to join their growing team.

This firm has a strong reputation for delivering high quality legal services to both commercial and private clients, and offers a supportive, collaborative working environment.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a confident individual who can manage their own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.

The Role

• Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of title
• Liaising with clients, lenders, and third parties
• Delivering a high standard of client care throughout

Candidate Profile

• Scottish qualified solicitor (essential)
• Ideally 2+ years’ PQE in residential property (flexibility for strong candidates with relevant experience)
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
