About the Team
This role sits within an internal marketing and engagement team, supporting global campaigns and events across the UK and EU markets.
Responsibilities
Global Campaign Execution
- Support the Global Activation Team in delivering events UK and EU through efficient collaboration with local.
- Ensure all executions follow Global Event SOPs and timelines.
- Coordinate with local teams to collect feedback, conduct evaluations, and consolidate post-event reports in a timely manner.
Communication & Local Intelligence
- Facilitate regular communication between global and local teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Compile and share local market insights and intelligence to strengthen global–local understanding and improve campaign synchronisation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Sociology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in event marketing, or related roles; experience in the tech sector is a plus.
- Strong understanding of marketing operations and activation, with hands-on experience across the full execution lifecycle (design, vendor sourcing, production, and launch).
- Proven project management experience in a fast-paced, highly diversified, and global working environment.
- Excellent command of office and productivity tools (Word/Docs, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to manage documents and data reports on a regular basis.
Additional Information:
- Travel: Up to 30–40% across EU markets, depending on campaign needs.
- Candidates must have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
