Offer | £35,000 – £60,000

We are partnering with an established full-service law firm who are looking to recruit a Litigation Associate to join their dispute resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation solicitor to work on a broad and varied caseload within a supportive and collaborative practice.

They are seeking a solicitor with experience across Property and Commercial disputes, who is confident handling matters from pre-action through to trial. The role offers exposure to a wide range of contentious work, including property disputes, contractual claims, professional negligence and contentious probate.

Typical duties for the role will include:

  • Managing a varied caseload of litigated and pre-litigation disputes.
  • Anti-Trust/Competition
  • Construction
  • Civil Fraud/Litigation
  • Injunctions
  • IP/Defamation/Contractual Disputes
  • Professional Negligence

The successful candidate will have:

  • NQ – 5 years’ PQE in dispute resolution or contentious litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules.
  • Experience handling civil litigation matters with appropriate supervision.
  • Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to disputes.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
