We are partnering with an established full-service law firm who are looking to recruit a Litigation Associate to join their dispute resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation solicitor to work on a broad and varied caseload within a supportive and collaborative practice.
They are seeking a solicitor with experience across Property and Commercial disputes, who is confident handling matters from pre-action through to trial. The role offers exposure to a wide range of contentious work, including property disputes, contractual claims, professional negligence and contentious probate.
Typical duties for the role will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of litigated and pre-litigation disputes.
- Anti-Trust/Competition
- Construction
- Civil Fraud/Litigation
- Injunctions
- IP/Defamation/Contractual Disputes
- Professional Negligence
The successful candidate will have:
- NQ – 5 years’ PQE in dispute resolution or contentious litigation.
- Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules.
- Experience handling civil litigation matters with appropriate supervision.
- Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to disputes.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
