We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our clients digital strategy and drive growth across multiple online channels. Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Hybrid – 1 day per week in the West Midlands
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Analyse and understand what the data is saying.
- Manage and optimise campaigns across PPC, SEO, email, and social media
- Use data and analytics to track performance, generate insights, and improve ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activity with business goals
- Oversee CRM and marketing automation initiatives to improve customer journeys
- Manage website performance, user experience, and conversion rate optimisation
- Stay up to date with digital trends and emerging technologies
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
- Hands-on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services)
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (including CRM and marketing automation)
- Demonstrable success in delivering data-driven marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and experience using reporting tools
Desirable:
- Background in the retail sector or a strong understanding of retail customer behaviour
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing
