Role: Sponsorship Sales Manager (Events)

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (OTE £90k)

Our client is a event organiser that have enjoyed a hugely successful year. An opportunity has arisen for a sponsorship sales professional to join their team and work on their fastest growing portfolio of events.

The role involves being responsible for £1m of revenue and you’ll be tasked with building relationships with customers and strategically growing accounts. Much of this will be done by attending industry events in North America (Miami/Vegas/New York).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and secure new sponsorship clients across multiple sectors
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Create compelling sponsorship proposals and pitch presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns and events
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities

About You:

  • Proven track record in sponsorship, media sales, or B2B sales
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Experience within B2B events
