Role: Sponsorship Sales Manager (Events)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (OTE £90k)
Our client is a event organiser that have enjoyed a hugely successful year. An opportunity has arisen for a sponsorship sales professional to join their team and work on their fastest growing portfolio of events.
The role involves being responsible for £1m of revenue and you’ll be tasked with building relationships with customers and strategically growing accounts. Much of this will be done by attending industry events in North America (Miami/Vegas/New York).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and secure new sponsorship clients across multiple sectors
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Create compelling sponsorship proposals and pitch presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns and events
- Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
About You:
- Proven track record in sponsorship, media sales, or B2B sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
- Ability to travel internationally
- Experience within B2B events
