Mode is proud to be partnering with a prestigious luxury boutique specialising in fine jewellery, seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their team in London. This role is based full-time in a Central London boutique and reports directly to the Store Director.
The Role
- Deliver an exceptional, highly personalised client experience within a fine jewellery boutique.
- Build, develop and maintain a strong client book, driving repeat business and long-term relationships.
- Proactively network and seek out new clients, both in-store and externally.
- Act as a brand ambassador, presenting with confidence, credibility and professionalism at all times.
- Work closely with a small, high-performing boutique team to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain impeccable standards across service, presentation and client journey.
- Support and attend exclusive client events, private appointments and activations.
- Travel internationally (1–2 times per year) to support pop-ups and special retail events (e.g. seasonal destinations).
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior sales executive role within luxury retail.
- Strong background in fine jewellery is preferred; candidates from high luxury fashion or accessories will also be considered.
- Established client book or strong network with the ability to drive sales through relationships.
- Highly proactive with a strong focus on business development and client acquisition.
- Confident, polished communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in boutique environments with a strong emphasis on service excellence and attention to detail.
- Open and flexible to international travel.
A generous basic salary and commission package is offered.
