Customer Service Support – Office-Based

Location: Leatherhead

6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am -5pm

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Support Representative. Based in our Leatherhead office, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, resolving queries, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Update customer records and manage data accurately using our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer concerns
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (office-based preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training provided)
