Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Garment Technologist to support our technical team, with a focus on owning the size set and sample process end-to-end, on our ladies and men’s wear brands- Hell bunny and Chet Rock.
This role is ideally suited to someone looking for reduced hours across 5 days, providing consistent support, ownership, and continuity across the technical workflow.
This role is key to ensuring clear ownership of the technical process and reducing duplication across the team.
Key Responsibilities
· Take full ownership of the size set process from start to finish – from size XXS-6XL
· Manage sample tracking and workflow progression across all stages
· Maintain and update workbooks, specs, grades and technical documentation
· Ensure clear and effective communication with suppliers and factories
· Support the fit process by progressing samples post approves sample.
· Identify and resolve process inefficiencies and recurring issues
· Ensure accuracy and consistency across all size sets
· Raise, track, and follow through sample and size set requests
· Proactively chase and manage sample timelines
· Flag issues early and keep workflow moving consistently
· Support smooth coordination between design, technical, and production teams.
Helping with QC and other areas where necessary.
