Job Title: Retail Campaign Manager
Location: West London (4 days per week in office)
Salary: £45,000
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and commercially minded Retail Campaign Manager to join our client’s marketing team at their head office in West London. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver impactful marketing campaigns across Food & Beverage and Retail Merchandise, driving sales growth and strengthening brand engagement.
You will play a key role in developing and executing integrated campaigns across multiple channels, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and execute marketing campaigns across food & beverage, promotions and merchandise
- Own and manage the retail campaign calendar
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Retail, Film, Studio) to align messaging and delivery
- Work with international marketing teams to adapt campaigns locally
- Identify opportunities to enhance retail storytelling and customer experience
- Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and deliver a premium experience
- Lead visual merchandising standards in collaboration with site teams
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective allocation of spend
- Coordinate with agencies, studios, distributors, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure all marketing activity complies with legal and regulatory requirements
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise future activity

Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years’ marketing experience working directly for a brand (not agency-only background)
- Proven experience delivering food & beverage, retail merchandise, or similar campaigns
- Experience in multi-site or retail marketing environments
- Strong understanding of both print and digital marketing channels
- Experience managing relationships with agencies, vendors, or external partners
- Demonstrated ability to deliver integrated campaigns that drive commercial results
Experience within cinema, retail, food & beverage, or merchandise sectors is highly advantageous.
