Homecare Manager – Specialty Pharmaceuticals (UK)

A growing specialty pharmaceutical company is looking for an experienced Homecare Manager to build and lead their UK homecare service model for a newly launched branded product portfolio. This is a newly created role at a pivotal stage of the business, offering the opportunity to shape the homecare function from the ground up.

The Role

You will own the end-to-end homecare strategy, working across internal teams and external partners to ensure patients receive treatment seamlessly outside of a hospital setting, while driving strong commercial outcomes. The position is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a national homecare strategy for a branded specialty medicines portfolio
• Manage and performance-monitor relationships with homecare providers, specialty pharmacies, and logistics partners
• Engage NHS stakeholders across hospital trusts, medicines management, and procurement
• Ensure compliance with relevant UK regulatory frameworks including MHRA, NHMC, and ABPI guidelines
• Track and improve patient outcomes, adherence, and overall service quality
• Work cross-functionally with commercial, medical, market access, and supply chain teams

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in UK pharma in homecare, market access, commercial or service delivery roles
• Solid understanding of NHS governance and UK homecare frameworks
• Proven track record managing third-party providers and specialty pharmacies
• Experience supporting specialty or biologic product launches advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills
