Junior IT Technician – KDC Projects
We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused Junior IT Technician to join KDC Projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys problem solving, supporting users, and getting hands-on with hardware, software, and day to day IT operations.
You’ll be involved in:
• 1st line support across desktops, laptops & devices
• User support, troubleshooting & IT admin tasks
• Device setup, imaging & deployment
• Supporting wider IT projects and improvements
We’re looking for someone with a foundation in Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and a strong customer first mindset.
