Objectives of this Role:
- Own and execute the end-to-end B2C and B2B marketing strategy with the CEO, aligned to overall business goals and growth targets.
- Drive measurable revenue through integrated marketing campaigns, performance marketing, and brand partnerships.
- Translate business objectives into data-driven marketing initiatives, using customer insights, analytics, attribution, and clear KPIs.
- Identify target markets and customer segments through market, customer, and competitive research.
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across key channels including paid media, email, social, SEO, partnerships, and content.
- Lead the creation of marketing content and materials across digital, video, magazine, and brand platforms.
- Own digital marketing performance across website optimization, SEO/SEM, CRM/email, social, and paid advertising.
- Manage the EU marketing budget, agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure strong ROI and consistent brand standards.
- Work closely with sales, and operations to align messaging, go-to-market execution, and commercial priorities.
- Track and optimize performance metrics continuously testing, learning, and improving results.
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and emerging tools to identify growth opportunities and partnerships.
