Account Handler

About the Role
Arthur are partnered with an insurance broker backed by a global insurer. This is an opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented Account Handler to support a broking team in managing insurance facilities between MGAs and insurer partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to brokers
• Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis (e.g. premium/loss summaries, exposure reports)
• Maintain accurate records of documentation and agreements
• Coordinate information between MGAs, insurers, and internal teams
• Support portfolio tracking, meeting preparation, and follow-ups
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field
• 1–3 years’ experience in account handling or broking
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proactive, analytical, and team-oriented approach
