This is a platform focused on liquidity, derivatives, and market infrastructure - with strong backing and a clear growth trajectory.
The role:
We’re hiring a Sales Director to drive institutional revenue across a global client base.
This is a senior, new business-led role focused on building and expanding relationships with:
- Crypto-native firms
- Hedge funds & asset managers
- Financial institutions entering digital assets
You’ll be selling sophisticated trading products - with a strong focus on derivatives and options.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and develop relationships with institutional clients
- Drive new business and expand existing accounts
- Sell digital asset products (spot, derivatives, options, infrastructure)
- Own and manage a high-value sales pipeline
- Partner with trading, product, and research teams
- Contribute to go-to-market and growth strategy
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record in institutional sales within crypto, derivatives, or financial markets
- Experience selling options / derivatives is essential
- Strong network across financial services or digital assets
- Deep understanding of crypto markets and market structure
- Experience selling complex, multi-product solutions
- Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue generation
- Confident operating with senior stakeholders
