Simon Community, Northern Irelands leading homelessness charity, is seeking to appoint a Director of Finance & Business Support to join the senior leadership team. The Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the Director of Finance & Business Support will provide strategic leadership across the organisations core enabling functions, including Finance, ICT & Digital, Governance, Risk, Procurement and Business Support.
This pivotal role will ensure the organisation remains financially secure, digitally confident and operationally resilient, enabling teams to deliver high-impact frontline services and long-term change. As part of the Senior Management Team, you will help shape and deliver our five-year strategy, Doing things differently - finding better ways to support more people and create lasting change. Youll be joining a leadership team that works closely and openly together, where people can be themselves, challenge constructively and support each other, with a shared focus on doing the work well and making a real difference.
