Pentest People part of the WorkNest group is seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Business Development Manager to help grow our client base and drive revenue through high-quality sales execution.


This role plays a central part in the success of our commercial function, combining proactive business development with the effective management of inbound leads generated through marketing activity. You’ll build relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that deliver real value.


You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative sales environment where initiative, professionalism, and curiosity are key. Success will come from blending strong client engagement with consistent pipeline activity, managing inbound leads while also developing self-generated opportunities to drive performance and long-term growth.


This role offers a base salary along with a lucrative commission scheme, with an OTE (on-target earnings) projected at £70,000.
