We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join a fast-growing fintech and property services organisation. This role is central to ensuring customers have a smooth, supportive experience throughout their journey, from onboarding to ongoing account management.

You will act as a trusted point of contact for customers, helping them navigate services, resolve issues, and achieve successful outcomes. The ideal candidate is empathetic, highly organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with customers, ensuring a positive end-to-end experience
  • Support customers through onboarding, guiding them clearly through processes and requirements
  • Act as the main point of contact for queries, concerns, and issue resolution
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and provide timely solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, and product) to improve customer outcomes
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and retention, taking action to improve engagement
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity
  • Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and best practices

About You

  • Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience in fintech, property, or financial services is a plus

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools
  • Understanding of tenant referencing, rental processes, or credit services
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and interpret customer metrics
