Responsibilities include overseeing the whole site, maximizing profitability, achieving the operational business plan, controlling and maintaining resources, and leading and developing the team to create a motivational working environment, promoting continuous improvement, retention, and outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications: Proven management experience within a bodyshop or accident repair industry, strong leadership skills, and a track record of exceeding profit targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
