Position Overview
We have an opportunity to join the Škoda team as the Head of Product Planning on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Brand Director, the role is responsible for bringing Škoda products to market in the UK, leading the development and implementation of a product marketing strategy, and ensuring new car sales and profit targets are achieved.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a product marketing strategy that creates a new car product portfolio and positioning aligned with sales and profit targets.
- Planning new car sales, supply, and commercial tactical incentives across all channels.
- Coordinating and steering Sales operations teams to meet agreed new car sales targets.
- Liaising with Škoda HQ to secure agreement on product strategy, sales, and production volumes.

- Ability to manage performance and deliver results through others.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to see “the big picture” while retaining attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a budget in a constantly changing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and negotiate at all levels.
- Ability to create and maintain effective business relationships.
- Commercial awareness.
- Automotive experience – understanding of sales planning and product strategy.
