At the outset, you'll focus on developing client relationships, securing new projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of schemes, while building and leading your own team.

- Highly regarded Civil Engineer with strong local contacts and industry reputation.
- Well‑connected with developers, contractors, local authorities, and project managers.
- Outgoing, entrepreneurial, and comfortable representing the company at the highest levels.
- Background in infrastructure, highways, or drainage design with proven business acumen.
- Demonstrable experience in business development and client relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Establishing and growing a successful civil engineering team.
- Leading the delivery of infrastructure projects.
- Driving business development and securing new work.
- Managing and nurturing client relationships.
- Overseeing recruitment, mentoring, and team development.
- Inputting into strategic business decisions and office leadership.
- Managing financial performance, including profit and loss.
- Representing the business at industry and networking events.
