Our client is a leading multi-disciplined demolition contractor and is looking for several Demolition Site Managers (CCDO) to oversee regional demolition projects in the local area and nationwide. This is a permanent role with the opportunity to progress within the Demolition business unit.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee regional demolition projects in the local area and nationwide.
  • Lead demolition site teams, ensuring compliance with environmental and waste management standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, RAMS, and temporary works coordination on live or high-profile sites.
  • Maintain excellent communication and reporting with clients, demolition engineers, and site operatives.

Qualifications

  • Valid Black CCDO Demolition Manager Card (essential)
  • SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and Fire Marshal certification
  • Proven experience managing structural demolition and enabling works on live or high-profile sites
  • Strong knowledge of demolition health & safety legislation, RAMS, and temporary works coordination
  • Ability to lead demolition site teams with effective communication and leadership skills
