Who are we looking for?
- Experience within retail management – preferably in a food store setting (required)
- Strong leadership experience and ability to inspire teams through leading by example
- Sound commercial and business acumen
- A natural ability to listen, interact and communicate with customers and team members
- The ability to multi‑task, be self‑assured and organised
