Position: Senior Project Manager – Utilities (Data Centres)

Salary: Up to £90,000 plus bonus + benefits

Location: London

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a high-performing Utilities team within a growing, specialist consultancy operating at the forefront of data centre development projects. This role offers the chance to play a pivotal part in unlocking the land potential for the development of data centre projects through ensuring adequate power connection / supply.

About you

• Experience delivering major utilities or energy infrastructure projects
• Strong technical understanding of HV infrastructure, substations, or power generation
• Proven track record across full project lifecycle (feasibility to delivery)
• Experience working on data centre or mission-critical projects is highly desirable
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate at both strategic and delivery levels

About the role

• Help drive the Utilities function, providing both strategic direction and technical oversight
• Advise clients on utilities strategy, feasibility, and infrastructure planning
• Drive delivery of complex utilities projects from inception through to completion
• Identify and resolve utilities constraints to unlock development opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across the data centre and infrastructure sectors
• Support business growth through team development and project acquisition
